The Challenge:

What began as a national youth fitness test has grown up - in a big way.  Today, the President's Challenge takes staying active beyond the school gym, and into everyday life.  The President's Challenge has grown into a whole series of programs designed to help improve anyone's activity level.

Join the Federal Center team - and meet the Challenge together.

It's a fact - people who stay active do better on the job.  They're more alert.  They get more done.  The President's Challenge can help build teamwork and employee morale - while encouraging healthy lifestyle habits. 

For those just starting out, there's the Active Lifestyle program.  Those already active and looking for a new challenge can take on the Presidential Champions program.  Both offer employees a structured, encouraging approach that makes fitness simple and fun.   

Your goal is to earn points by being active.  Just about any physical activity where you use large muscle groups counts.  Going running, playing golf, walking - there are almost 100 different activities to choose from.
